ABOUT BMTF
The BMTF Laboratory is one of the laboratories of Institute of NanoEngineering and MicroSystems of National Tsing Hua University. Advisor is Prof.Da-Jeng Yao with expertise in MEMS. BMTF consist of 1 professor, 1 assistants and 17students (5 doctors and 12 masters).
The main research of BMTF are biomedical micro-electromechanical systems, micro-scale heat flow, micro-electromechanical packaging and system integration, and research and development of micro-nano film material quality measurement technology.
